We chose Chelsey Steele Realty Team after reading all the positive reviews, and that's when we were introduced to Brooklyn Schyvinck. And she turned out to be better than we could have hoped for.Brooklyn was patient and reassuring every time we asked the same question two or three times. She has a sense of calm about her that immediately puts you at ease and it was so obvious she listened to us and genuinely cared about what we were looking for in our new home. Brooklyn was very detailed oriented, checking and double checking with every person involved in this sale to make sure things were moving in the right direction and everyone was on the same page. And she explained things in words that we could understand.Though Brookyn was very professional, she was enthusiastic, making her fun to be around.We learned so much about the home buying process because of her advanced knowledge of the business.We were so fortunate to have Brooklyn Schyvinck as our real estate agent, she's simply the best!

Chelsey took us on a whim and guided us through the whole process, step by step. Although the home was in Dane county, we wanted to utilize a local to us realtor.From our initial meeting, Chelsey impressed with her professional and caring personality. She made reasonable recommendations on improvements that we could make to help sell the home. She also had the resources to help with things that we did not want to tackle ourselves. More than just looking at comparable homes in the area, she researched, and we discussed in detail, the correct pricing of the home.Once the home was ready, the videos and pictures Chelsey's team put together were amazing. We were looking for an agent we could trust and guide us through the entire process. We met some nice agents but Chelsey was heads above the others. She is professional, took the time to answer all our questions, has a proven system and an amazing team.We decided we would follow whatever she suggested. One suggestion was for us to pay for a house inspection before we put the house on the market. We were not sure about this, but decided we would follow her suggestion. After all, she is the professional. We are so glad we did. We had peace of mind as the house was put on the market as we knew and addressed any possible concerns that would occur during an inspection. FYI - None of the offers we received required a house inspection as the potential buyers had access to the one we had done.The transaction coordinator part of Chelsey's team was added to our personal sales team once we had an accepted offer. Chelsey continued to be part of the sales process through the closing, but the transaction team guided us through the steps in preparing to move out of the house.
